Peony Advisory Board

The success of the Peony Garden Initiative is in large part due to the exceptional service of professionals who offer their time and expertise on our Peony Advisory Board. These experts bring diverse perspectives, experiences and depth in:

  • peony identification and history,
  • peony culture and disease management,
  • historic garden design and management,
  • public service.

The Board includes leaders from The American Peony Society, The Canadian Peony Society - La Societe Canadienne de la Pivoine, The Heartland Peony Society, The Midwest Peony Society, The Mid-Atlantic Peony Society, The Minnesota Peony Society and The Wisconsin Peony Society. The current (2012) Peony Advisory Board's membership is listed below. Past members are listed as they rotate off as an indication of our appreciation and respect.
